Eloise is my newest sort of love. I need to have kids immediately simply to have an excuse to buy these books and movies. Eloise is the alter ego all of us deserve. Meddling, intrusive, constantly on the move. "Getting bored is not allowed." And we all should have had a "mostly companion" like Nanny. Disney DVD released two live-action movies with Eloise. Nanny is played by the brilliant Julie Andrews, who wore a fake large bottom to be true to the character.
And I'm quite intrigued by Kay Thompson, Eloise's stylish and unique creator. So rather than hash it all out here, peak around at Eloise's website. "Charge it, please!"
