Problem solved

The mistake? Totally my fault. Figures.

So at the beginning of the year, my company changed groups for our flex spending. The new company kindly sent us a letter with a convenient credit card-like tool for using the money in our flex account. So rather than sending a photocopied receipt of a co-pay, you just use the card to pay the co-pay!

Except...

when you don't fully read the information, when you just assume it's another fucking credit card company out to rip you off, when you shred the card without thinking twice about it...

then your lovely boss hears about your problem Monday morning, solves it, educates you how to make it all better on line (See? There is all your money, waiting for you!).

So the money is there, my boss is a jewel, I'm a big idiot, but I sure feel better about it.
