It does help that I am, frankly, rather selfish about the whole thing. It's an excellent technique and I recommend you all try it.

I went through my baby clothes again. On the positive note, I have loads of lovely winter things just waiting for it to be cold enough. Like his Daddy, Patrick runs on the warm side. But I have absolutely no excuse to buy anything cute. I'd say, Great, shopping for Mommy! But I'm feeling a bit precarious at the moment...so I'll keep it to necessities for now.
