Patrick is 51 weeks old today. He'd been teasing us with "practice" steps. Those halting, tripping lunges where their feet circumstantially move before they fall.
Kevin and I had decided that his official first steps would happen when we were together.
And today, it did!
From Mommy to Daddy, Patrick took five deliberate steps.
