It's been a rough, rough week. As anybody who has had the slightest contact with me is aware, my child was free to a good home this week. I had no takers, as the market for a whiny, picky, grumpy, demanding, fit-throwing toddler was rather weak.
Patrick was not much fun to be around. I don't know quite what it was. A phase? Angry at our weekend absence (pictures coming, it was a blast)? Feeling sick? Teething? Possessed by otherworldly creatures? Toddler frustration at life?
Odds are, it was a mix of a bunch of different things. Who knows what will work today, and if it will work tomorrow.
But today was a good day.

Sounds like last week was rough for both of us. Funny how we realize just how tough we are when we've made it through to the other side. I don't have kids, I can't imagine what it's like, but I know you're a super mom and doing the best you can. :) xo
Glad today was better for all involved. Do you want to trade lives for one day? I'll take care of Patrick today and you can do my taxes which I've left again til the last minute. After trying to understand the Oregon tax for non residents -I'm not sure who's day would be worse!!
Last week was a full moon, btw.
