The sun shone. I did some chores. We have lots of food in the house. My husband returned from his wild party where he drank some punch, the crazy guy. Laundry is done. I'll clean the bathroom and listen to American Roots on NPR. Then I'll go to sleep.
I also finished a great book today. The Labyrinth by Kate Mosse. Clever story with interesting characters. Unpredictable. I hope the library doesn't notice I spilled wine on a page.
This week I get to attend the Franciscan Awards Ceremony. I will receive my Five-Year pin. Call me dorky, but I'm pretty excited.
