Sorry it's been a bit. I've been buried in a hole of my own making, and gladly. I'm tired and cranky. Overall very poor company. Anxious, nervous, and more than a touch grumpy.

There's much going on. Some I'm not ready to talk about. Some would be incredibly inappropriate to talk about. Some would hurt too many feelings. And while some people are totally OK with showing the world their momma never taught them good manners, I like to pretend in public that I know how to behave.

So here's a quick update before my daily nap.

The credit card balance is ZERO.

David and Beth are all married.

Kevin's opera was delightful, and Lion, Witch, and Wardrobe opens next weekend.

We finally bought a Christmas tree (fake, as husband is terribly allergic to real trees).

The stars have alligned (and not just because the Democrats are BACK BABY) and all the kiddos will be at Nancy's house for Thanksgiving aka CHASEgiving. I have the whole weekend off, Kevin's able to make it down for a few days, and David and Beth aren't working as well. Should be a riot. We'll make the boys play games, and Kevin owes Craig a fantastic bottle of wine.

Kevin's new toy/Palm Pilot has WiFi access. Pretty cool, I admit.

Pictures will be posted as soon as Kevin downloads them from the camera to the computer. No, I have no desire to learn how to do that.

Congratulations on zeroing the credit cards! That's an awesome feeling. :) (Now if I could only re-experience it...hopefully by this spring!)

And kudos for remembering that there are manners, and reminding the rest of us of 'em. ;)

Whatever's pushing you to anxious, nervous, and a touch grumpy, I hope it clears up and allows you to revert to your normal state of happy soon. As always, if there's anything I can do, you need but ask. *hugs*

Have a great week!

I am anxiously awaiting the pictures. Chasegiving will be a blast. I'm already planning the menu and stressing about it. Give me a call whenever you need to destress - also known as bitching.
