It's my BIRTHDAY!!!
I'm 29! Oh my God, the last year in my twenties! I can still be cute, but no longer young and girlish (only if I try really hard and wear a bow in my hair, I guess).
In celebration of my birthday, I worked. And I was charge nurse. But I did bring doughnuts from Krispy Kreme for everybody. Many voiced surprise at my bringing my own celebration doughnuts. I said it makes up for all the times I didn't donate a dollar for some cake. This plan is much easier and I encourage everybody to give it a shot. You are very popular, and you get the goodies you want.

Ack! Happy belated birthday!!! I'm dense. And I totally support bringing your own goodies -- you're guaranteed to love 'em! As I say, one of the great things about getting older is that you realize you have the power to make your own happy birthday or happy any day. :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHICA!

Happy Birthday (pretend it's Tuesday)! I've been reading your entries today, and I loved the one about you won't save anything. That was Jenny's approach until Danielle said, "Mommy, you threw away my imagination!" Now they send things to grandmas and aunts and uncles. I have a notebook (huge) where I put everthing she and Ryan send or bring. Love to all, AJ
