Patrick has a new word! He started saying "Bye!"
Everybody is finally healthy again, small fall colds aside.
Kevin is in the final week of opera rehearsal. Daughter of the Regiment opens next weekend, and is looking to be a great show for Tacoma Opera. I'll be happy to have him back full time. It's hard for both of us, all this time apart. I miss his help around the house, Patrick misses his Daddy, and Kevin misses having time with the family. And let's just say it's a good thing I'm already pregnant, because our "personal" timing is WAY off. Once we are back to a normal schedule, we can try some revolutionary ideas. Like eating dinner together. And having a clean house. Getting chores done before 2011. You know, small things.
Our sleep remodification plan might be working. Patrick's naps are limited to 1.5-2 hours, and he's been sleeping in this week til past 6:30am! Hopefully not just because he's been sick. That would really bum me out.
Mom is up for the weekend, praise the Lord because I really need to get some stuff done around here. She'll join the Trick or Treating fun while Kevin is (sadly) working. Patrick will be a soccer player. I'll be a pregnant person.
It's all going so fast. This pregnancy, Patrick's toddlerhood. I just want to pause it all for a bit to catch up.
