Kevin starts tech week tomorrow, although I think it started today because he was gone 10 hours. But we had a pretty good day. Patrick got out. Mommy got out. The puppies got out. So except for occasional baby grumpiness, we had a rockin' day.
I decided to be a sweet wife and buy my hard working man pizza for when he got home. A pizza splurge in our household is Disornio NOT on sale (but it was on sale, $4.99 each baby). So I bought one along with the brownie supplies for the block party tomorrow. Kevin walks in the door as I'm nursing Patrick. He, too, has bought a pizza. But he said I get points anyway.
Mom is here tomorrow, so nice to have another grown-up around with Kevin working his tail off. I might try to hit the plant store. Some of my shrubs from last year did not succeed. Not sure how much plant CPR I have the energy to try. But Alicia will need to hook Momma up with some TEGRO, because my soil needs some loving.

Ha ha! I laughed out loud when I read that Kevin brought a pizza home too. Funny the things that can go wrong with an attempt at surprising your partner. A few weeks back I scheduled a massage for Don as a surprise. But the spa called the house to confirm and Don answered the phone. Oh well, he was still happy, and surprised by the phone call at least!
