Another fun girl day, at Alicia's house with lots of treats. I made some coffee cake from the Colorado Junior League Cookbook. Tasty stuff! Kevin, the best husband ever, went to the store for me in the morning to buy buttermilk. That way I could cook in my pajamas. So nice and wonderful, and it meant I couldn't bitch when, at 5pm, I didn't take a nap and instead drove his forgotten flashlight to the theater. I would have done it anyway, but I wouldn't have been so sweet....more along the lines of petulant and disgruntled.
