It's looking to be a pretty nice week. I was able to stay home all day on Wednesday :) so I won't hit the hospital again until Monday. It's sunny again and looking good all week.
Danica is doing much better, thanks for all the love for my puppy. By 2pm yesterday she was annoying me to throw her the ball as I was finishing thank you letters. I figured she was fine, if she could be annoying. She made it up the stairs last night with the right incentive (a dog-bone). Today, other than going up stairs a bit gingerly, Danica is looking great.
It's the end of the month, money is tight (as always), and Kevin and I are trying to figure out when to see the next Pirates. I'm trying to hold him off until next week, sneaky like. When he reads this, my cover might be blown. And I still have a few baby things I'd like to pick up prior to B-Day. Nothing crucial, but it would be nice. A sling is my biggest desire. But I found a pattern I like AND it's on the on-line clearance rack! A pretty yellow design called "Isaac." And I still want to do the blackout shades. And get the nursing stool. But the big stuff is in place. Most important, we've got a car seat. Everything else is MacGuyverable.

Great to hear how the nursery is coming along and how the two of you are getting ready for Patrick's arrival. I can't believe he'll be here by the end of the month! Are you nervous? Scared? Excited? Anxious?
