Hit the zoo the other day for a super playdate with the mommies and a few daddies thrown into the mix to keep things sassy. What a blast. Patrick was exceptional, slept the whole time with a snack thrown in for good measure. Kids were charming (seriously guys, they did great), and I just felt so lucky to have such a great support group with delightful friends. And it's growing, thanks to Miss "Elle" joining our little group.

But we are definately at the Six Week Peek. I'm really excited for my baby to become more charming. Today, unless he was eating or sleeping, he was a bitchy grump. Who would have thought a baby could be bitchy? Not so fun in the hot house with Kevin gone all day. I've already given him the heads up: until his work-thing in the afternoon, the kid is all his. Of course, that's his good nap time. So Kevin will probably watch Patrick sleep in the swing while he plays video games. Jerk.

But Patrick finally fell asleep in his swing downstairs, allowing me to run around like a madwoman straightening up, checking the computer, and hopefully pumping before I go to bed. I'll probably wake him up for a quick snack, and pray for another 5-6 hours of good sleep for my grumpy biddy.
