A much better day yesterday. Patrick was cheerful and fun, and he SMILES at his mommy! We both work up on the right side of the bed, I think.
Evening highlighted by a great visit with Lena and Alicia. Lena made biscuits with homemade raspberry jam, I bought brownies, and Alicia brought ricotta cheesecake. Nasty girl, she wouldn't take the leftovers home with her, but left them at my house. And we had "You Go Girl" Red Wine. Very tasty. Patrick, after some initial fussing, slept politely in his swing for the rest of the visit.
And money sucks. To much month at the end of it. Big decisions will need to be made. Perhaps we'll just move back home with Mom.

Suck it up (or in) and enjoy! :) Though if your treats linger too long, there is a hubby over here who might be willing to come by and inhale a few leftovers ...
